Feeding in Mexico:
Authorities of the Mexican Social Security Institute disclosed that the lack of proper food has been central to the problems of obesity that live in the state and country.

Unfortunately, modern life has led most people to prefer fast food rich in carbohydrates and fats, to abuse and eating meals at times messy.

The right thing to say is to keep more than six hours between feedings and try to supplement with snacks or refreshments, mainly of fruit.

A person breakfast at eight o'clock to eat at two in the afternoon and eat at around eleven o'clock, a seasonal fruit or a light snack, they spend too many hours without eating is harmful to the body and requiring him to store energy and once the fast ends, the body stores more calories.

By staying too long without eating the body makes use of elements such as proteins, that are not designed as power sources, and causes changes that distort the natural mechanism of the body's balance

It is important to have a balanced diet that includes fruits, vegetables, meats, eggs, milk and cereals and eat three meals a day in which they are distributed evenly the different food groups such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals and vitamins.

  1. we need to read and study more about this, because sometimes we dont have enough time to eat cuz we are busy or we just don't have that culture of feed ourselves in time.

  6. is important to have adequate food which use the different food groups because they are those who give you energy, eat 5 times a day is necessary and essential for your body to 100 percent by varying throughout the day for your activities, so include also the 30-minute daily exercise is essential to complete the food table.
